Appointment Cancellations
The Allure staff knows that illness and unforeseen scheduling conflicts can occasionally occur. However, to give all of our visitors and staff members the greatest possible experience:
- If you need to reschedule or cancel any appointment with Allure, you must do so with 24 hours’ notice (s)
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to cancel at all, Allure management reserves the right to charge you the entire cost of the service(s) you’ve reserved.
- A valid credit card must now be stored on your guest profile for Allure to implement this policy appropriately.
Service Re-Do Policy
At Allure, we are proud of and committed to our services.
- Please speak with a member of the Allure team if you are dissatisfied with a service so that you can work together to find a resolution.
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within seven days of your initial visit. We will be pleased to have your original Allure team member address the problem at no additional cost.
- Please be aware that this policy does not cover a change to what was requested during your initial visit.
- We can also not extend this courtesy if you, another service provider, or a salon alters anything after your initial visit.
Refund Policy
Services: Please get in touch with Allure management if you’re still dissatisfied with the service results after talking to an Allure staff member and getting a free second opinion.
Our management reserves the right to decide whether to offer a refund to a guest at its exclusive discretion.
Products: If Allure management judges that you have used less than 25% of a product you purchased from them and are not satisfied with it, you may be eligible for a refund if you let them know within 15 days of the purchase.
Please be aware that Allure management has the exclusive authority to determine whether a product qualifies for a refund.
